Sun King Unveils Carmel Distillery Details

Sun King Brewing Co.’s co-founder and head brewer says, if weather cooperates, its $4 million distillery in Carmel could open in April. Dave Colt says the facility will use a 250-gallon still to craft spirits including artisan moonshine, gin and rum. The distillery will also feature four food vendors, which the brewery says will be announced later.
