Spot Freight Planning to Hire Hundreds

Indianapolis-based Spot Freight began operations nearly 12 years ago with two people in a small office. Today, the logistics and transportation business has expanded into one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. Spot recently announced it will double its sales team in 2021 by adding 200 new jobs to its downtown Indianapolis headquarters. President and Co-founder Andrew Elsener explains how the pandemic has played a major role in fueling the company’s growth.
