Could Indiana become a center of excellence for drone research and manufacturing?

Indiana Senator Todd Young is among those saying yes and that it could lead to big investment and jobs statewide.

Earlier this month, Indiana was designated one of two new national drone test sites by the Federal Aviation Administration, part of an effort to push research, innovation and commercial drone development.

Young recently spoke with Inside INdiana Business host Gerry Dick about the designation and why Indiana’s academic, military and private sector assets set the state up for significant interest and investment.
