IndyCar and Team Penske are taking a giant step forward to level the playing field for minorities interested in a career in racing. Team Penske has announced it will mentor a new entry in the IndyCar USF2000 IndyCar ladder series that will be owned by a Black businessperson as part of a new “Racing for Equity & Change” initiative.
