‘Overlook’ Aims to Provide Opportunity

Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett and Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch took part today in the grand opening of the $14 million Overlook at the Fairgrounds. Developers say the Overlook, housed in the former Homer J. Williamson Candy Factory near the Indiana State Fairgrounds, includes training and computer rooms to help connect residents with job and education opportunities.
