The mission of the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs is to work with local, state and national partners to build economically thriving communities where people want to live and work. Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit OCRA has awarded more than 110 grants totaling nearly $21 million dollars. Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch and new OCRA Executive Director Denny Spinner offer perspective on how the funding is helping Hoosier communities and businesses.
