Nearly 20,000 participants and fans are expected to take part in events surrounding Saturday’s CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. Organizers expect the 10th annual event to have an economic impact of more than $4 million. CNO Financial Director of Brand Marketing Carrie Jost says the event is currently a top 20 marathon in the United States, and adds the company is committed to helping it grow.
