MetaCX Gathers Luminaries for ‘The Customer Room’ Digital Event

More than 2,000 people from around the country are gearing up to participate in an event later in September that could become central Indiana’s version of South by Southwest. Indianapolis-based MetaCX is hosting The Customer Room, a week-long virtual workshop designed to help employers and employees make working remotely “work.” MetaCX President Jake Sorofman joins us to explain the idea behind The Customer Room and what makes it so unique.
