LIFT Academy In the Spotlight

Indianapolis-based Republic Airways has launched a training academy that addresses a critical pilot shortage and helps meet the high demand for commercial airline pilots. The LIFT Academy will ultimately create more than 600 jobs and can be a great fit for those who don’t want to follow a traditional 4-year college path.  WFYI’s Aric Hartvig showcases a PBS American Graduate segment on how the academy has really taken off.
