Lifeline Data Centers Expanding
An Indianapolis data center is expanding its footprint beyond central Indiana. Lifeline Data Centers acquired the old Eastgate Consumer Mall in 2008 for $23 million and has since developed the property into a colocation and data storage hub. The company is now building out a flagship data location in Fort Wayne. Owner Alex Carroll says growth is being fueled by demand for data center locations in the Midwest, including from Silicon Valley companies who like what they see in Indy.
