Legislator Pushing For Soccer Stadium, Concussion Awareness

State Representative Todd Huston (R-37) from Fishers is sponsoring legislation to build a soccer stadium in downtown Indianapolis. He is also sponsoring a bill that would require certified concussion awareness training.
