Latinas Welding Guild bringing a piece of Paris to Indianapolis

As crews worked to build two and a half pools inside Lucas Oil Stadium, the Latinas Welding Guild is building a 66-foot, nearly 20,000 pound replica Eiffel Tower. It will be placed near the intersection of Georgia Street
and Capitol Avenue.
