Johnson Memorial in Franklin has formally opened its new $47 million emergency department, but technically the facility has been open for months serving as a space to care for the growing number of coronavirus patients. The COVID-19 unit has been moved back to the main hospital and the new ER is now operating at full capacity. Business of Health Reporter Kylie Veleta talks with Johnson Memorial President and CEO David Dunkle about the challenges of opening during the pandemic.
