Hotel Developer: The Yard Will Be ‘A Destination’

The president of the company bringing a dual-branded hotel to The Yard in Fishers says the culinary and entertainment district will be "unique in its concept." David Dunn with Dunn Hospitality Group says it’s a prime site for the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotel, because guests will have access to 18 food and beverage outlets along with top-line entertainment and shopping venues without leaving the campus.
