Brinegar Talks Toll of Smoking in Indiana

Indiana Chamber of Commerce President Kevin Brinegar talks about the impact of smoking on the Hoosier business community. A bill designed to increase the legal smoking age to 21 was essentially killed Tuesday in the Indiana House.
