The chief executive officer of Wisconsin-based Hendricks Commercial Properties tells Inside Indiana Business construction on the $300 million Bottleworks District in downtown Indiana is moving forward on schedule. Rob Gerbitz, who last week announced new tenants for the project, says the 30,000-square-foot food hall should open next April, while a boutique hotel, movie theater and office space for Indy-based High Alpha are targeted for September openings.
