Ball State University is making big strides in developing its students to be as attractive as possible to potential employers. Graduation rates have increased dramatically, and the university has seen a huge spike in recruiting and retaining Indiana students. Add to that, Ball State is placing a higher emphasis on Lifetime Learning and expanding its presence in Indianapolis. Ball State University President Geoffrey Mearns joins us with details.
