In 49 states, it’s just basketball. But this is Indiana. The Hoosier state may live up to that motto if the NCAA has its way. The organization is in talks with state and local officials for Indianapolis to host the entire men’s basketball tournament. Indy is already hosting its eighth Final Four in April.
