Another major component to 16 Tech involves the transformation of the former Indianapolis Water Co. headquarters into The Innovation Hub. HqO as it is branded, will include a makerspace, an artisan marketplace, and a food hall. The artisan marketplace will be known as AMP and will feature fresh food and produce from local retailers and artisans and restaurants.
