16 Tech Innovation District – History From Greg Ballard

Greg Ballard served as Indianapolis mayor from 2007 through 2015 and played a key role in getting the ball rolling to make 16 Tech a reality. In 2011, he spearheaded the transformation of Bush Stadium into Stadium Lofts Apartments, which laid the groundwork for 16 Tech. We spoke with Mayor Ballard about those early planning days.
