The city of Noblesville has hired Jeremiah Schroeder as recreation manager of the parks department. He has more than 26 years of experience, most recently with Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation.

Ben Conner has been awarded the 2020 Summit Award at ASCEND, the annual Association for Insurance Leadership meeting. He currently serves as president and chief executive officer at Indianapolis-based Conner Insurance.

The DePauw University Board of Trustees has voted unanimously to appoint a vice chancellor at Washington University in St. Louis as the school's next president. Lori White will succeed Mark McCoy.

Pathfinder Services Inc. President John Niederman is announcing plans to retire at the end of the year. Niederman has led the organization for the last 35 years.

Indianapolis-based Goelzer Investment Management has hired Chris Cotterill as chief operating officer. Cotterill joins the investment firm after serving as executive vice president and COO of the Indiana Economic Development Corp.

The city of Greenwood has named Alison Bauer educational outreach specialist in the operations division of the city’s storm water department.

The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce hired Marla Flowers as director of community engagement. She will serve in a part-time capacity while continuing to provide support as a project engineer with Garmong Construction Services.

Central Indiana Land Trust has hired Stephanie Paine Crossin as a land protection specialist. She previously ran a legal clinic before focusing on family and volunteer work. Crossin holds a bachelor's degree from DePauw University and a JD from IU.

Frankfort-based The Farmers Bank has promoted Jeffrey Davis consumer loan manager. He joined the bank in 1994 as retail loan officer.
