Kinetic Advantage Adding Jobs, Expanding HQ

Carmel-based Kinetic Advantage is in the business of providing technology-driven solutions to independent car dealers across the United States. The company was founded in July of last year, right in the middle of the pandemic. Despite that, Kinetic Advantage has experienced exponential growth. We get more on the company’s plans to build a new headquarters in central Indiana and add more than 200 jobs from Kinetic Advantage CEO Marty McFarland.
