Building Tomorrow’s Indy Burger Battle

The best of the best among Indianapolis burger joints are about to square off for the 8th annual Indy Burger Battle. The friendly competition is the product of Indianapolis-based nonprofit Building Tomorrow, which works to promote education for children in rural Uganda. We talk with Building Tomorrow Founder George Srour about the event and how COVID-19 has forced him and organizers to switch-up how the popular fundraiser will work this year.
