Developers Tout ‘Downtown Opportunity’

The developers of a planned $30 million residential project in Fishers say the neighborhood will provide "that downtown opportunity" for homebuyers that the city hasn’t always had. Mark and Joe Gradison of Indianapolis-based Gradison Design-Build say the 60-home South Village of Nickel Plate project will provide a walkable experience and connect to a "top-notch elementary school."
