Mainstreet Entering Student Housing Business

Carmel-based Mainstreet has launched a student housing arm called VITA. The housing project will be a phased development partnership at Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida, and the first phase calls for $5.5 million in community investment and is hoped to be completed for the 2016 fall semester.
