Carmel-based Mainstreet has launched a student housing arm called VITA. The housing project will be a phased development partnership at Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida, and the first phase calls for $5.5 million in community investment and is hoped to be completed for the 2016 fall semester. Chief Financial Officer Adlai Chester offers detail on the project and the company’s major recent growth.
