Evansville-based environmental engineering firm Environmental Management Consultants has promoted Mark Phillips to Regional Director. Phillips will lead the company’s office covering Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. He will manage the day-to-day operations and oversee technical projects. Phillips previously served as a Geologist for M.E. Phillips Consulting and Applied Environmental Technologies. He holds a degree from Southern Illinois University.
