Lilly Endowment has announced its new officers: Robert Smith (pictured), senior vice president for collaborative strategies; Ronni Kloth (pictured), vice president for community development; Ted Maple, vice president for education and Jackie Dowd vice president for evaluation and special initiatives. Smith served 22 years with Eli Lilly and Company. Kloth began her tenure at the endowment in 2013 as its communications director. Maple will succeed Sara Cobb, who is retiring. Dowd has been with the endowment since 2016.
