Dickinson Fleet Services Acquires Baltimore Company

INDIANAPOLIS -

Indianapolis-based Dickinson Fleet Services has announced its acquisition of Baltimore-based American Fleet Services. American Fleet is Dickinson’s eighth acquisition since 2017 and its second this year. 

Dickinson Fleet Services is actively seeking acquisition opportunities to significantly broaden its service offerings and geographic reach, while also allowing its team members the ability to experience incredible career growth opportunities. 

“Dickinson Fleet Services continues to cement itself as a prominent force in the mobile fleet maintenance industry. DFS currently offers unmatched scale and a great customer experience with its proprietary technology, which results in excellent service to its customers. Alongside Dickinson Fleet Services, we will be able to service our existing customers on a national basis as well as create a better customer experience with the use of TRAIT, DFS’ proprietary field service application,” said Joe McNerney, owner of American Fleet Services.
