O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, which is pending formal approval by the IU Board of Trustees. Mooney currently serves as an associate dean at Arizona State University. She previously held positions at Montana State University, University of Wyoming, Boise State University and the National Science Foundation. She holds degrees from Oregon State University, University of Manitoba, Canada, and the University College of Wales-Aberystwyth.
