State Revenue Misses Target Again

The Indiana State Budget Agency says last month’s total of more than $1.4 billion is 2.1 percent lower than the same month in 2016.
The General Fund revenue totals missed projections by 4.6 percent. The estimates are based on the revenue forecast from April of this year.
Racino wagering collections were 2.8 percent above the monthly estimate in September. Sales tax collections, individual income tax collections, corporate tax collections and riverboat wagering collections were all below estimates.
