The incubator, that will be known as "The Cube," will provide students with real-life, hands-on software engineering projects.
The university says students will have the opportunity to land paid internships and/or part-time or full-time jobs with Ontario Systems while they earn their degree. Ontario Systems provides enterprise revenue cycle management software for the healthcare, accounts receivable management, and government markets.
"The presence of Ontario Systems on the AU campus adds to the opportunity for our students to have distinctive, compelling, and relevant experiences," said Anderson University President John Pistole. "Our students can learn valuable skills as interns with Ontario Systems professionals right on AU’s campus both during the academic year as well as the summer. This partnership enhances their education and builds their resumes for when they graduate."
Officials from the university and Ontario Systems will cut the ribbon on The Cube Wednesday morning.
