McCoy Joins Jackson Lewis
Shelley McCoy has joined Jackson Lewis P.C. in Indianapolis as of counsel. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel. McCoy joins the firm from Ogletree Deakins where she represented clients in administrative, arbitration, and litigation proceedings across the country and counseled clients on various labor and employment law issues.
She received her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her B.A. from Ball State University.
While attending law school, McCoy was an editor of the Indiana Health Law Review and served as secretary for the Student Bar Association.
After graduating from law school, McCoy initially practiced in the areas of insurance defense, construction and real estate law, and general business litigation. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable William T. Lawrence, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
