Baptist Health Floyd has named Cathy Kidd executive director of finance. She has been with Baptist Health since 2010. Kidd is responsible for the organization and direction of financial services at Baptist Health Floyd.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgetown College, master’s degrees in business administration and management, human relations and organizational behavior from the University of Phoenix and her doctorate in human resource development from the University of Louisville. Kidd is originally from Lexington, Kentucky and has worked in healthcare in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Arizona and Indiana. She has a financial background in settings including hospitals, home health, long-term care, rehab hospitals and consulting.
