Carmel Marketing Agency Adds to Team

Carmel-based THE PLAID AGENCY has hired Leah Richards (pictured) as marketing coordinator. She previously worked for PSI-Talent Measurement (formally PAN) as a marketing specialist. With an Indiana Wesleyan University degree in Business Administration, Richards was awarded 2015 Marketing Student of the year.

Amy Zoellner (pictured) has been named marketing project manager. She most recently served as associate director of alumni & parent programs at her alma mater, Butler University, managing 12 alumni chapters and communities nationwide. Zoellner brings nearly a decade of marketing and communications experience to the team.

Also, Tori Farr has been appointed digital designer. She is a graduate of Butler University, Farr has an expansive skill set in both web and graphic design, brand identity and vision. Farr is the winner of two international Communicator Awards for logo design and corporate identity; you can currently find her designs featured at The Garden Table restaurant, downtown Indianapolis.

      Simon, Marriott Partnership Grows

      Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. (NYSE: SPG) is expanding its partnership with Maryland-based Marriott International Inc. (Nasdaq: MAR). The companies have announced plans to open at least five new hotels at Simon shopping centers throughout the country over the next several years.

      Bosma Launches Salesforce Training Program

      Indianapolis-based Bosma Enterprises has launched a program to train people who are blind or visually impaired to be Salesforce administrators. The organization says BosmaForce involves an 18-week online course available throughout the United States. Bosma Enterprises Chief Executive Officer Lou Moneymaker says people who are blind of visually impaired face a 70 percent national unemployment rate, and the BosmaForce program aims to create pathways to high-paying, in-demand careers.
