Joy Bosse has joined RQAW Corp. as a civil engineer in its expanding water-resources department. RQAW, an Indianapolis-based architecture and engineering firm, is known for its 64 years of roadway and infrastructure designs. Bosse is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. While there, she participated in the Home for Environmentally Responsible Engineers Program. This year-long program challenges students to organize projects that improve the campus’s sustainability. Bosse graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minor in environmental engineering.

Also, the firm has added Jordan Crook as its newest graduate architect. He has experience in commercial, corporate and residential development, construction administration and graphic design. Crook has developed construction documents for multiple project types, and served as the building information modeling coordinator for the GE Power multi-modal engine manufacturing facility – located in Ontario, Canada – while at CSO Architects Inc. He completed both his bachelor’s degree and his master’s degree in architecture at Ball State University.
