Development Collaborators Plan Multiple Upscale Projects in Indy
Indianapolis-based Litz & Eaton Development Co. has detailed a $6 million residential project in Indianapolis, one of four it plans for the downtown area this year. Penn Row, which will be located at 18th Street and Pennsylvania Street in the Herron Morton neighborhood, will include 13 units. The development team is a joint venture between owners Brad Litz of Litz Real Estate and John Eaton of John Eaton Homes Inc.
Penn Row will consist of two buildings with skyline views from a rooftop terrace, detached garages and what the builder says is customizable interior space. Litz says "at Litz & Eaton, we aim to provide elegant, urban living made easy for Indianapolis residents. While discussing our expansion plans and offerings for 2018, we saw a need for custom built residences with excellent amenities and knew that the Herron Morton area near the Indianapolis Cultural Trail was the perfect spot for a new development like Penn Row."
Planned developments on-deck for the company this year include properties in Lockerbie Square Historic District, Fall Creek and Fletcher Place. Construction on Penn Row is slated to be complete by the end of the summer. You can connect to more about the company and future plans by clicking here.
