Lewis Wagner Names Partner
Lewis Wagner has added Kimberly Adams as partner. She currently chairs the 2018 IndyBar Association's Diversity Job Fair. Adams previously served as a deputy prosecutor in the Marion County Prosecutor's office. She will help manage the defense of class actions, mass tort defense cases and professional liability matters.
Pete Dye Golf Trail Returns
The Indiana Department of Tourism Development has relaunched the statewide Pete Dye Golf Trail. The initiative, which is a salute to Carmel resident and world-renowned golf course designer Pete Dye, involves seven courses in Indianapolis, West Lafayette, Culver and French Lick. The IOTD will market and manage the trail. It now includes the Ackerman-Allen Course, part of the the Birck-Boilermaker Golf Complex in West Lafayette. Ivy Tech Promotes Monroe to Provost
Ivy Tech Community College has promoted Kara Monroe to provost/senior vice president. The position was previously held by Dr. Steven Tincher, who will retire in June. Monroe currently serves as vice president, academic innovation and support. In her new role, Monroe will provide overall leadership for academic affairs and serve as the chief academic officer for the college.

Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky has named Amy Tobias vice president of development. She most recently served as director of development for Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.
State's Largest Hackathon Targets Public Safety
Launch Fishers and the Indiana IoT lab will this weekend host what organizers call Indiana's largest hackathon. This year's At&T #IoTCivicHack will focus on public safety solutions. Fishers Police Chief Mitch Thompson says new, cutting-edge technology ideas are especially helpful in an industry where "we tend to surround ourselves with other professionals that are in public safety and we all tend to think alike."
