Indianapolis-based greenlight.guru, the only quality management software platform designed specifically for medical device companies, has named Jennifer Kier vice president of customer success. She previously served as global director of customer success at Genesys/Interactive Intelligence. Kier has had a 20-year career in communications, software solutions and customer success.

Also, Thomas Stergar II has been appointed director of partnerships. He previously served as vice president of business development at MAETRICS. Stergar brings more than 25 years of experience in business development. Spending more than a decade focused on medical device quality and regulatory compliance consulting, he has also helped build a medical device company from scratch.
