In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Skyline says the $2.25 million deal is expected to close in April.
The 79,000 square-foot facility sits on 10 acres in Mansfield, Texas, just southeast of Fort Worth. The sale also includes production equipment located within the facility. Skyline did not immediately state if any employees would be affected by the sale.
Skyline says a portion of the Mansfield property is leased for oil and gas production with the company’s subsidiary, Homette Corp., receiving royalty payments. The sale agreement will allow the company to continue receiving royalties for 60 months after the sale closes.
