Midwest Constructors LLC has named Kyle Walker chief marketing officer. He previously served as deputy director for the Department of Public Works under former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard. In that role, he managed the Business Performance Management group, developed department policy and strategy, managed government relations and successfully launched and oversaw management of the Indianapolis Office of Sustainability. Walker also served as an elected City Councilor in the city of Lawrence, a member of the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority and as Chairman of the Marion County Republican Party from 2010-2015. Since 2010, he has owned and operated Kyle Walker Consulting LLC, where he helped create successful marketing, advertising and business development strategies for his clients. Walker brings 20 years of experience in business development consulting, marketing and advertising, project management, and government affairs lobbying. He has significant experience in the architecture and engineering industry and is knowledgeable in commercial, private and public development and construction.
