Owner Gary Reynolds announced Chief Marketing Officer Mitch Frazier will be chief executive officer and Angela Hungate, Reynolds’ daughter and a 30-year company veteran, will take over as president.
Gary Reynolds will transition to chairman of the board once Frazier takes the helm. Frazier joined the Reynolds team last March after serving as vice president of marketing at Indianapolis-based TinderBox. He spent several years in marketing leadership roles at ExactTarget and later Salesforce.com.
Hungate has lead account management responsibilities for the company and has previously "worked in nearly every department in our business." She will be the senior Reynolds family member handling daily business operations, which include sales processes and settlement operations management.
The rest of the executive team includes Chief Operating Officer and General Manager Chris O’Neal and Chief Financial Officer Jon Schwander. Reynolds says it is coming off a year of record results and touts itself as one of John Deere’s top dealerships.
The company has been in business since 1955. Reynolds’ flagship location is in Atlanta and it has shops in Fishers, Lebanon, Mooresville and Muncie, as well as Nicholasville, Kentucky and Xenia, Ohio.
