Martin University has appointed five members to its Board of Trustees: Jesse Brown, Michael Ames (pictured), Josh Williams, Michael Twyman and Lorenzo Esters (pictured). Brown was a consultant for Krystal Investment Management in Chicago and is now semi-retired. Ames is director of section sales at Altria in Indianapolis. Williams is vice president of partnerships for ClearScholar in Indianapolis. Twyman is executive director at OpportunINDY in Indianapolis. Esters is senior program director for Postsecondary Institution Engagement at USA Funds in Indianapolis. The board, comprised of community, corporate, and alumni leaders, is charged with the fiscal and strategic oversight as well as governance of Martin University. The university’s mission is to provide excellence in educating and developing traditional and non-traditional students in an inclusive, supportive and healthy collegiate environment.
