Indianapolis-based ONI Risk Partners has hired John Court as an employee benefits account executive. With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, he serves on the United Way of Allen County Community Impact Committee and Investment Board. Court is also a member of the United States Global Leadership Coalition Indiana Advisory Board. He is based at the ONI office in Fort Wayne where he helps businesses balance their benefit options and responsibilities to their employees, while finding sensible solutions to the ever increasing complexities within the health insurance industry.
