Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and Co. has promoted Aarti Shah to senior vice president and chief information officer. She has served as global brand development leader for immunology at Lilly since 2013. Shah will begin her new role July 1. She will lead a group of 1,300 IT employees, along with contractors and external business partners. Shah began her tenure at Lilly in 1994 as a senior statistician. She has also served as vice president for biometrics and advanced analytics, as well as executive director of global information sciences.
