(NYSE: ACW) is no longer in danger of being suspended or delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. The company says it was notified last week that it was in compliance with the NYSE’s $1.00 minimum threshold.
Accuride was notified in February that it had not met the minimum threshold, which involves maintaining an average closing price of at least $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive trading days. The NYSE told the company last week it had satisfied that requirement on March 31.
The NYSE has removed the ".BC" indicator from Accuride’s stock symbol.
