Kitch Acceptance Corp. is partnering with Mosaic Building Solutions on the $1.4 million project in the city’s downtown.
Kitch has been family-owned for four generations. The nearly 25,000 square-foot space will accommodate 13 offices and include space for more.
The facility is located at 130 W. Main Street and used to house a Merrill Lynch location.
Jake Fetters, who is president of the two-year-old construction management business, says "our business is passionate about revitalizing Fort Wayne’s downtown. Kitch’s energy to recycle and modernize this downtown space matched our commitment to cater to the communities needs. This partnership showcases the investment our companies have in the region."
The new office, which is set to open in May, will more than double Kitch’s current space.
