Torchlite Digital Marketing has added to its leadership team. Dustin McCormick (pictured), co-founder and chief technology officer, previously worked at Teradata and ExactTarget. Taylor Ring has been appointed senior director, account management. Ring previously worked at Smarter HQ. Joe Chen has been named senior software engineer. He previously worked at Salesforce. Cameron Reid has been named data engineer. Reid came to Torchlite from Proofpoint. Maria Baer (pictured) and Luke Weber have both been hired as business development directors. Prior to Torchlite both Baer and Weber worked at Angie’s List.
