Muncie-based Shafer Leadership Academy has announced the officers for its board of directors: Steve Smith, president, Jill Lehman as vice president, Eric Lindley, treasurer and Terry Whitt Bailey, secretary. Directors continuing their service on the board are: Lindsey Arthur, Bettie Caldwell, Ray Chambers, Cathy Clark, Jeannine Harrold and Joann McKinney. The academy welcomes new board members: Brian Ison, Kristin Keisling, Ginny Nilles and Jeff Parsons.
