Gaming Revenue Down For December

The state reports adjusted gross revenue was $179 million, compared to $183 million during the same month last year.
Of the state’s 13 gaming operations, five registered increases in revenue, including French Lick Resort Casino, which was up $800,000 to $6.7 million. Rising Star Casino Resort in Rising Sun saw a $700,000 increase, bringing its December total to $4.05 million.
Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg saw the biggest dip in the state, moving from $15.9 million in December 2014 to $13.9 million last month. Majestic Star II in Gary was down $1.1 million to $4.3 million last month.
