Cindy Benedict has accepted a position with the Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization to focus on transit in Hamilton County. She is the former community engagement manager for the City of Noblesville. Benedict has worked for the City of Noblesville since January 2012.
